Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This notice follows a piece of information along its path through bexemi.com: where it enters, what work it performs, which service providers may handle it, how long it may remain, and which choices may be available. It applies when you browse, buy from Bexemi, open an account, subscribe, or contact support. Shopify provides the commerce platform and processes information used to operate it.
Path 1 — information enters through you
- Identity and contact: name, email, telephone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Order record: items viewed or purchased, variant choices, discounts, payment and fulfilment status, returns, refunds, and limited payment-related details received from processors. We do not receive the complete payment-card number.
- Account and preference: credentials, saved settings, communication selections, and account activity.
- Support material: messages, forms, reviews, surveys, and photographs of parcels, apparel, devices, batteries, furniture, mirrors, glass, labels, or components that you choose to send.
Path 2 — information appears through use
We and providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device type, identifiers, cookie information, pages viewed, searches, referring pages, timestamps, approximate location inferred from technical data, advertising interactions, and fraud or security signals. The exact information depends on device, location, settings, and features used.
Path 3 — information may arrive from partners
Sources can include Shopify; payment and fraud-prevention services; warehouses, fulfilment services, and carriers; customer-support, analytics, advertising, and marketing providers; and other partners when permitted by law. We may combine this information with details already associated with the same order, account, browser, or device.
The workbench — why information is used
We use information to present and improve the Services; operate checkout and accounts; process payment, orders, split shipments, returns, and refunds; answer product, charging, installation, assembly, or safety questions; communicate about transactions; remember preferences; personalize content; send marketing where allowed; measure store use; detect fraud and protect security; keep tax and business records; comply with legal duties; and establish, exercise, or defend claims.
The handoff — who may receive information
Information may be disclosed to Shopify; payment processors; warehouses, suppliers, fulfilment providers, logistics services, and carriers; hosting, analytics, marketing, advertising, customer-service, security, and fraud-prevention vendors; professional advisers; authorities responding to valid legal process; and parties involved in a financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale. We may also disclose information at your direction, with consent, or when necessary to protect rights and safety.
Shopify’s junction
Shopify hosts and supports the store and may process information about interactions in multiple countries. Shopify’s own notices apply to its processing. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for more information.
Browser tools — cookies and similar technology
Cookies, pixels, local storage, and related tools can keep checkout and accounts functioning, remember selections, measure traffic, prevent fraud, and support advertising. A consent interface and browser or device controls may let you manage some tools. Blocking them can reduce functionality.
Advertising fork — choices about targeted activity
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain laws. Where required, use available privacy controls or contact us to exercise an opt-out choice. Unsubscribe links stop promotional email; transactional, legal, safety, security, and account communications may continue.
Storage lane — retention
Retention depends on category and purpose. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to operate the Services, manage orders and support, keep tax and business records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet legal duties, and maintain backups or recovery, then deleted or de-identified when appropriate.
Protection layer — security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, complete card details, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email.
Your exit ramps — rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, knowledge, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or appeal a decision. Exceptions can apply. We may verify identity and an authorized agent’s authority, and we do not unlawfully discriminate because a privacy right is exercised.
International route
Shopify and other providers may process information outside your country. Recognized transfer safeguards are used when required, and legal protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Side paths — children and external links
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us with a concern. External links or integrations lead to services we do not control; review their notices before providing information.
Route changes and privacy contact
We may update this notice when practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The current text and date will appear here, with additional notice where required. Send privacy questions or rights requests to support@bexemi.com and identify the relevant country or region.
