These Terms are the operating controls for bexemi.com. They apply when you browse, create an account, send content, contact support, or place an order with Bexemi. Shopify provides the commerce platform, while your purchase from this storefront is made with Bexemi. By using the Services, you agree to these controls and the policies linked below.

Control A — access and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a purchase where you live. If you use an account, you are responsible for accurate identity, delivery, billing, and contact information and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. A parent or authorized adult must complete transactions for anyone who cannot legally contract on their own.

Control B — read the product setup

Review the complete product page before checkout: variant, dimensions, included components, voltage or plug information, installation, charging method, care, material, color, safety notices, and whether accessories are included. The catalog spans heated apparel, rechargeable hand warmers, portable and wall-mounted fans, lighting, desks, vanities, mirrors, glass furniture, drawers, and storage. Screen color, room light, manufacturing tolerances, and natural material variation can affect appearance.

Control C — orders are requests until accepted

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation means we received the request, not that it has been finally accepted. We may review, limit, reject, or cancel because of stock or pricing errors, failed payment, fraud risk, delivery restrictions, duplicate activity, misuse of an offer, or another reasonable operational concern. If we cancel an amount already collected, the applicable funds are returned to the original payment method.

Control D — checkout sets the payable total

The currency and price shown at final checkout apply. Shipping, taxes, duties, brokerage, or other destination charges appear when the relevant systems can calculate them; a carrier or authority may assess additional amounts. Prices, promotions, and availability may change until checkout is completed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize the applicable processor to collect the displayed total.

Control E — fulfilment and after-purchase rules

The Shipping Policy covers preparation, tracking, divided shipments, bulky deliveries, and transport issues. The Return & Refund Policy covers request timing, condition, authorization, exceptions, and refund handling. Those policies form part of these Terms.

Control F — use heat, batteries, electricity, and moving parts carefully

Follow the product instructions and warnings. Keep batteries and electrical parts dry; use the specified voltage, plug, cable, charger, power source, or compatible bulb; disconnect power before cleaning or installation; and stop using an item that is unusually hot, swollen, leaking, damaged, frayed, or behaving unexpectedly. Heated garments should be used only as directed and disconnected from their power source before care when instructions require it. These products are not medical devices and are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent a condition.

Control G — assemble and install only when parts are sound

Inspect mirrors, glass, panels, fasteners, frames, wiring, and hardware before assembly. Use wall anchors, tip restraints, weight limits, and mounting instructions supplied for the product and the installation surface. Wall-mounted electrical products should be installed by a capable person and by a qualified professional where local rules require one. Heavy pieces may require two or more people. Stop if anything is damaged, wrong, or missing.

Control H — acceptable storefront use

Do not use the Services to break law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with security, introduce harmful code, scrape or overload systems abusively, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, or submit deceptive, unlawful, or harmful material. We may restrict activity reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, Shopify, providers, or others.

Control I — store materials and customer submissions

Text, design, photographs, graphics, trademarks, and other store material are owned by or licensed to Bexemi and may be protected by law. Personal, non-commercial shopping use is permitted; reproduction, resale, modification, or commercial exploitation requires permission unless law provides otherwise. If you send a review, photograph, idea, or other submission, you confirm it is truthful, lawful, respectful, and yours to share. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, and display it in connection with the Services, subject to rights that cannot be waived.

Control J — third-party systems

Payment services, carriers, applications, and external links may be operated independently under their own terms and notices. We are not responsible for systems or content outside our control, subject to rights that law does not allow us to exclude. Our Privacy Policy explains this store’s information practices and Shopify’s role.

Control K — availability, disclaimers, and liability

The Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or immediate correction of every error. Nothing here removes a warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be removed. To the maximum extent allowed, Bexemi and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the Services.

Control L — severability and transfer

If a provision cannot be enforced, it is limited only as much as necessary and the remaining Terms continue. Delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer obligations under these Terms without consent; we may transfer ours as part of a legitimate financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale.

Control M — revisions and contact

We may update these Terms when the Services, technology, operations, or legal requirements change. The latest version and date will be posted here. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Questions about this control set can be sent to support@bexemi.com.
